Small cell carcinoma has strong proliferation ability, and extensive metastasis will occur in early stage, usually when it is found, there are already metastasis in other parts of the body, and it is seldom confined to the chest only. Small cell carcinoma is mainly of central type, and its clinical manifestations are cough and dyspnea.
