When does urine leakage occur after normal delivery?

Urine leakage after normal delivery occurs when constipation is severe after delivery or when you are doing heavy physical work, or when you are coughing, sneezing, laughing, running or other strenuous exercise. Generally, stress urinary incontinence is caused by prolapse of the bladder or urethra due to relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles after delivery without pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises. According to the results of pelvic floor assessment, pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy or effective anal reduction exercises will be given to women to reduce the incidence of postpartum urine leakage or pelvic floor organ prolapse.
