Symptoms and Treatment of Dampness

Symptoms of Dampness-Toxicity are mainly characterized by redness and swelling of the skin, drowsiness and heaviness of the head, tiredness and weakness (fatigue), dry mouth and bitter taste, and sticky stools, etc. The treatment can be regulated by adjusting the diet and lifestyle as well as by taking traditional Chinese medicines. Staying away from damp and cold environments will also play a role in getting rid of dampness.
