Early stage of cervical cancer usually does not show symptoms of itching, so there is no such thing as itching in three places. If itching in the perineum or other parts of the body occurs, it may be caused by other reasons and does not mean it is a pre-sign of cervical cancer. Common clinical symptoms of early cervical cancer often include contact bleeding, non-contact bleeding and increased vaginal discharge, etc.: 1. Contact bleeding: it is manifested as vaginal bleeding during sexual intercourse or gynecological examination, which is usually not much and can stop by itself; 2. Non-contact bleeding: some patients show symptoms such as prolonged menstruation, increased menstrual blood or vaginal bleeding during non-menstrual period. Older patients often show irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause; 3. Increased vaginal discharge: Most patients with early stage cervical cancer have yellowish white or blood-streaked leucorrhea, which is thin like watery or rice slop and smells fishy. If patients do not pay attention to the cleanliness of vulva in daily life, do not change sanitary napkin for a long time, the material of sanitary napkin or underwear during menstruation is not breathable, or the stimulation of external objects such as soap, or diseases such as vaginitis or pubic lice may cause itching in the perineum, they can seek medical treatment in time to determine the cause and need not worry excessively that they are suffering from cervical cancer. In addition, vitamin deficiencies, such as vitamin A and vitamin B, as well as skin allergies or diseases, may also cause itching in different parts of the body. If the itching is serious, we need to seek medical attention in time to actively treat the cause.
