Treatment of high lateral wall myocardial infarction

The treatment of high lateral wall myocardial infarction mainly includes the following points: 1. give drug loading treatment, take aspirin, tigretol, clopidogrel, resulvastatin or atorvastatin for treatment; 2. go to a chest pain center within 120 minutes, especially a center that can perform emergency intervention for reperfusion treatment, i.e. percutaneous coronary intervention; 3. if intervention cannot be performed within 120 minutes, thrombolysis can be performed. If intervention is not possible within 120 minutes, thrombolysis can be performed, and within 2-24 hours after thrombolysis, the patient can be transferred to a hospital where emergency intervention can be performed, and intervention can be performed to open the blood vessels for reperfusion therapy as soon as possible to save lives; 4. Within 24 hours of acute high lateral wall myocardial infarction, if the condition permits, beta-blockers or angiotensin II receptor antagonists can be added to reverse ventricular remodeling and improve the prognosis.
