3 consecutive single-port laparoscopic minimally invasive surgeries

We performed 3 consecutive surgical entry and exit times of 35, 42 and 27 minutes for single-port hernias, all of which were large hiatal hernias into the scrotum. The surgery was perfectly performed in terms of minimally invasive, cosmetic and rapid recovery. The smaller incision, minimal postoperative pain, early bedtime, and the ability to discharge most patients the day after surgery. Single-port laparoscopic hernia repair is much less traumatic than conventional hernia repair, and instead of incising the tissue, only the layers are opened and the patch is delivered to the defective area, resulting in very little postoperative pain, early bedtime, and most patients are discharged the day after surgery. In summary, the minimally invasive laparoscopic technique for the treatment of adult hernia has great advantages over traditional open surgery, with less trauma, lower recurrence rate, shorter hospital stay, faster postoperative recovery, and no interruption of normal activities and work. The advantages brought by the new technology will hopefully benefit more people.
