Patients presenting with ground-glass density nodules in the right lower extra-basal segment of the lung may have inflammatory infections, tuberculosis, tumors, etc., which can be treated with medication and surgery. 1. Inflammatory infection: Inflammatory reaction of the lungs caused by bacterial infection may result in ground-glass density nodules in the right lower basal segment of the lung. Patients can take levofloxacin tablets, amoxicillin dispersible tablets and other drugs as prescribed by doctors for treatment. 2. Tuberculosis: tuberculosis foci caused by pulmonary tuberculosis may appear right lower lung basal segment ground glass density nodules.
