Low back pain followed by stomach pain is a pulling pain or a radiating pain, which requires a specific examination, as well as an analysis of the associated causes. Tummy pain followed by low back pain may be caused by inflammation of the pelvic or abdominal cavity, or by a rupture in some area that leads to a feeling of crushing discomfort throughout the lower abdomen, in combination with other symptoms: for example, the presence of panic attacks, tightness in the chest, or ultrasound findings of pelvic effusion. These different nature of pain or lesions in different areas have different causes and symptoms.
