Cerebral infarction may lead to numbness of half of the body, numbness of limbs, numbness of facial muscles, numbness of tongue and so on. Half-body numbness: internal carotid artery occlusion will lead to half-body numbness or hemiplegia on the opposite side of the lesion. 2.
