Medication: children can be treated with topical creams under the guidance of professional doctors, such as topical tannic acid ointment to reduce inflammation and restore the weak acidic environment of the local skin; topical zinc oxide cream and other oily ointment to reduce inflammation, protect the wound and promote wound drying and epidermal regeneration; short-term topical glucocorticosteroids can quickly control inflammation and prevent further aggravation of the skin lesions. In addition, if the child is combined with Candida infection, mycotoxin can be added to the glycerol lotion in the tinting; if the child is combined with or secondary to bacterial infections, itching, erythema, tingling sensation and so on, can be used externally, such as fusidic acid cream, and if necessary, oral or intravenous antibacterial drugs.
