How to balance the diet?

       The dietary pagoda is divided into five layers, containing the main types of food that should be consumed every day. The dietary pagoda reflects the status and proportion of each type of food in the diet by using the different positions and areas of each layer: 1. Cereals are in the bottom layer and each person should consume 300g-500g per day; 2. Vegetables and fruits are in the second layer and should be consumed 300g-500g and 200g-400g per day; 3. Animal foods such as fish, poultry, meat and eggs are in the third layer and should be consumed 125g-225g (fish and shrimp 50g-100g, livestock, poultry meat 50g-75g, eggs 25g-50g); 4, milk and soy foods together in the fourth layer, should eat the equivalent of 300g of fresh milk and milk products and the equivalent of dry beans 30g-50g of soybeans and products every day.  5, the fifth layer of the top of the tower is cooking oil and salt, cooking oil not more than 25g per day, salt not more than 6g. At present, most adults in China are physically inactive or lack of physical exercise, should change the sedentary lifestyle, develop the habit of daily exercise, adhere to do more physical activity every day. It is recommended that adults walk a total of 6,000 steps-10,000 steps of physical activity every day, and if physical conditions allow, it is best to carry out 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise one hour after meals.
