There are first-line chemotherapy and second-line chemotherapy for lung cancer

First-line chemotherapy drugs: Noviben, Teso, Kinsei and Tysodi plus platinum-based drugs (platin and cisplatin). Second-line chemotherapy drugs: Tysodis Lipitor (targeted drugs Erythropoietin and Troche can be used as second-line treatment drugs). During chemotherapy, chemotherapy drugs should be applied together with anti-vomiting drugs such as Ketorolac can effectively prevent nausea and vomiting symptoms caused by chemotherapy drugs and ensure that lung cancer patients can tolerate chemotherapy; during chemotherapy, if there is a decrease in myelosuppressive white blood cells, blood-raising drugs such as Wheal Blood can correct the decrease in white blood cells due to myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy and also ensure that lung cancer patients complete a full dose of chemotherapy and cycle. New platinum-containing third-generation combination second-drug regimens have become the standard first-line regimen for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and these regimens have significantly less adverse effects and are significantly more tolerable than older combination regimens; however, efficacy remains to be improved, with median progression-free survival (PFS) between 4-6 months; most patients are in good physical condition at the time of disease progression or recurrence and are fully able to tolerate further second-line treatment.
