When gas leakage occurs after right lower lobectomy, i.e. postoperative pneumothorax, conservative treatment and surgical treatment are mainly adopted to deal with it. 1. Conservative treatment: When postoperative pneumothorax occurs, the degree and type of pneumothorax should be observed. If the amount of air leakage is small or there is no symptom such as chest pain or dyspnea, conservative treatment can be carried out, such as resting in bed and waiting for self-absorption of the gas; if the amount of air leakage is larger or there is symptom such as chest pain or dyspnea, closed chest drainage can be carried out to alleviate the symptom under the guidance of professional doctors. 2. Surgery: If the strict conservative treatment is ineffective and the symptoms continue to aggravate and do not improve, surgery is feasible to repair the gap through surgery so as to achieve the therapeutic purpose. Pneumothorax is a kind of complication after lobectomy, once it occurs, it should be consulted in time and treated by professional doctors to avoid delaying the condition.
