Is there a fastest way to regulate qi and blood with moxibustion?

Moxibustion can be used to regulate qi and blood by selecting appropriate points, such as Shen Que. However, there is no fastest way to do it, and it requires symptomatic treatment to get a good result.
Moxibustion refers to the ignition of the material made of moxa leaves, the patient’s local acupoints for fumigation, in order to achieve the role of warming the meridians and cold, the movement of qi through the role of indirect moxibustion and can be divided into direct moxibustion.
Moxibustion promotes the operation of qi and blood, and therefore also regulates qi and blood. Shen Que has the function of consolidating the foundation and cultivating the vital energy, harmonizing the stomach and regulating the intestines; Guan Yuan has the function of tonifying the kidney and cultivating the vital energy, restoring the yang and fixing the prolapse (treating prolapsed diseases by tonifying the yang); and Zhusanli has the function of supporting and cultivating the vital energy and activating the meridians and collaterals.
Moxibustion on the above points can have a better effect on regulating qi and blood. However, clinically there is no best way to regulate qi and blood, symptomatic treatment can get better results. Proprietary Chinese medicines need to be used under the guidance of a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, and moxibustion should be operated under the guidance of a professional physician, and should not be operated privately, so as not to cause damage to the organism.
