What is the prognosis for grade 3 invasive breast cancer?

The prognosis of invasive breast cancer grade 3 is relatively worse than grade 1-2, but the classification of invasive breast cancer into grade 3 does not represent the staging, the specific prognosis should also be judged according to the staging. Invasive breast cancer is mainly divided into 3 grades according to pathological grading, including grade 1, 2 and 3, the higher the grade is. 1 grade of tumor differentiation is relatively good, and the prognosis of timely treatment is better; 3 grade, the tumor is poorly differentiated, and the prognosis is relatively poor. However, the specific prognosis of invasive breast cancer grade 3 has to be judged in combination with the staging. The disease is clinically divided into 3 stages, including early, intermediate and advanced stages. Early stage is the mildest disease with better prognosis for timely surgery; intermediate stage can improve the survival rate of patients with better prognosis if surgery can be done; while advanced invasive breast cancer has the worst prognosis and is prone to spread. If currently diagnosed with invasive breast cancer grade 3, treatment needs to be carried out as soon as possible with the aim of prolonging the survival rate and improving the quality of life, to avoid delaying the condition and affecting the best treatment, but the specific treatment should be carried out under the guidance of physicians.
