Second, ecchymosis, the subcutaneous color is purple, dark, bruise-purple ecchymosis. Third, pain, after the fracture occurs, there will be severe pain. This pain can be resting pain, activity pain, pressure pain and longitudinal percussion pain. The pain increases when the finger is moved or grasped or held. Fourth, dysfunction, inability to complete the movement of the affected finger such as flexion, extension, grasping, pinching, gripping, and holding chopsticks.
