Papillary breast cancer is a pathological diagnosis, which is not particularly common. Papillary breast cancer is a pathological microscopic view of tumor cells growing in the shape of a nipple. Although papillary carcinoma is not common in clinical practice, the rate of lymph node metastasis is slightly higher, and the invasion of blood vessels and lymphatic vessels may be slightly higher, so it must be treated regularly. Papillary breast cancer treatment is not completely separated from conventional breast cancer treatment in clinical practice, including surgery, some may need preoperative adjuvant therapy, called neoadjuvant therapy, neoadjuvant endocrine therapy or postoperative adjuvant therapy, some need radiotherapy, molecular targeted therapy, depending on the condition to decide the treatment. The diagnosis of papillary breast cancer alone is not enough; postoperative pathology is complex, and there are various types and stages.
