A rash that looks like prickly heat may be eczema, or a condition such as glossy moss or spiny moss. Prickly heat mainly appears in the sultry, easy to sweat, the manifestation of pinhead-sized pimples or mounds of herpes, pimples in the center will have small white spots, itching is not obvious. Eczema rash is diverse and can occur in any part of the body, such as facial eczema skin erythema, papules, dryness with flaking, limb eczema can be accompanied by oozing, crusting; in addition, the whole body skin can be dry or even mossy, visible scratches and bloody scabs. Glossy moss is common in children and adolescents, and occurs on the back of the hands, trunk and abdomen. Typical lesions are skin-colored, non-follicular, rounded or flat-topped shiny papules. Patients often have no obvious symptoms or mild itching. Acanthosis nigricans is a follicular papular keratotic disorder, most commonly seen in children on the neck, buttocks, and extensor sides of the limbs. The manifestation of the follicular papules of the size of a needle tip, normal skin color, the tip of the papule has a filamentous keratinous small spines. Most of them have no voluntary symptoms. Patients are advised to seek prompt dermatologic care for this condition.
