Gynecologic ultrasound is the examination of the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries and connective tissues in the pelvis by color ultrasound to determine whether there is organic disease in the relevant areas. Before the gynecological ultrasound, you need to hold enough urine in your bladder, enter the ultrasound room and take the appropriate position as instructed by the doctor, and the ultrasonographer will conduct a detailed examination according to the ultrasound request form. During the gynecological ultrasound examination, the doctor will observe whether the morphology of the uterus is normal, measure the length, width and anterior-posterior diameter of the uterus, observe whether there are abnormal echogenicity in the myometrium, measure the thickness of the endometrium, whether there are pregnancy sacs, fluid accumulation or other abnormal echogenicity in the uterine cavity, observe the morphology of the ovaries, measure the size of the ovaries on both sides, observe the development of the follicles, and observe whether there are ovarian cysts or tumors and other diseases. Observe the presence of fluid in the pelvic cavity for any occupying lesions.
