Oral examination and oral radiographs are needed for spontaneous pain of the tooth. If the crown cavity is deep and produces severe pain or spontaneous pain with cold or hot stimulation, the pulp cavity can be ground open under local anesthesia, clove oil cotton balls can be placed to relieve the pain, and finally the root canal treatment can be completed. If heavy wear occurs on the jaw surface of the tooth or a deeper wedge-shaped defect is formed, the pulp cavity needs to be ground open in the middle of the jaw surface and the pulp is removed directly to complete the one-time root canal treatment. If the apical region produces more inflammatory secretions and causes the tooth to throb, immediate pulp opening and drainage is required to complete the root canal treatment at an optional time. Oral cephalosporin and nitroimidazole antibiotics can be administered when accompanied by swelling in the apical region, and pain medication can be taken if necessary.
