What kind of symptoms are there to suspect a neurogenic bladder?

  Urinary frequency, urgency, painful urination, increased nocturia, enuresis, difficulty urinating, urinary retention, feeling of incontinence. Urine leakage or incontinence. The need to hold your breath, tap, squeeze when urinating, and the need for men to squat in order to expel urine. Erectile dysfunction in men, abnormal ejaculation, semen flows out in a watery manner, no ejaculatory sensation. Decreased sexual desire or difficulty in sexual intercourse in women. Fecal incontinence, or stubborn constipation. If any of these symptoms are present, combined with possible neurological damage should suspect a possible neurogenic bladder and further diagnosis is needed.
