Rice and pasta are both carbohydrate-rich foods, moderate consumption will not directly lead to obesity, but in the case of excessive consumption, pasta will be more likely to cause obesity than rice.
On average, every 100g of rice contains 25.9g of carbohydrates, which provides 116kcal. every 100g of noodles contains 59.5g of carbohydrates, which provides 283kcal.
Buns contain 49.8g of carbohydrates per 100g, providing 236kcal. rolls contain 45.6g of carbohydrates per 100g, providing 214kcal.
Rice is lower in carbohydrates and fewer calories than most pasta. If consumed in excess, pasta is more likely to cause fat accumulation and obesity.
It is recommended to have a balanced diet, eat pasta and rice regularly, and eat more fruits and vegetables, so as to achieve nutritional matching. If you want to lose weight, you also need to exercise more to reduce the accumulation of calories.
