What’s wrong with a hard, rice-like lump on a woman’s lower body?

There are more reasons for women to have a piece of rice-like hard pimples on their lower body, and the common causes include vulvar inflammation, vulvar eczema, vulvar allergy, and vulvar condyloma acuminatum.
1. Vulvar inflammation: when vulvitis is due to pathogen infection, local redness, swelling, itching and pimple-like changes may occur.
2. Vulvar eczema: Vulvar eczema in the acute stage may appear localized skin redness, swelling, blisters and other manifestations.
3. Vulvar allergy: women wearing chemical fiber panties, or using perineal pads improperly during menstruation may cause local skin allergy, redness and swelling of the vulva, and even papular changes.
4. Vulvar warts: Vulvar warts are mainly manifested as single or multiple scattered reddish pimples, and individual patients may have a foreign body sensation, burning pain, itching, or discomfort during intercourse.
