No spread is usually stage I and II gastric cancer. Gastric cancer is usually staged by TNM, including infiltration depth (T), lymphatic metastasis (N), distant metastasis (M). Gastric cancer that has not spread means that the tumor cells have not spread to the surrounding area, have not invaded the visceral peritoneum or adjacent structures, have not metastasized to the surrounding lymphatic tissues, and have not spread to distant places, and it can be classified into Stage 0, Stage IA, Stage IB, and Stage IIA in terms of TNM staging. Early gastric cancer patients can be cured by effective surgical treatment. If not treated in time, complications such as obstruction, bleeding, anastomotic fistula and distant metastasis may occur, which will affect patients’ life and work. Gastric cancer patients should keep a good mindset, set up confidence to overcome the disease, and do a good job in detecting their condition. If there are digestive manifestations such as persistent heartburn, acid reflux, black stool, etc., they should go to the hospital in time in order to avoid delaying their condition.
