Significance: Sexual dysfunction, pituitary tumors.  E2, Chinese name: estradiol. Function: Normal values: TrFIA: 0-0.13nmo/L , CLIA: 0.19-0.24nmol/L, ECLIA: 0.05-0.22nmol/L. Significance: obesity, smoking, testicular or liver tumors, azoospermia or oligospermia therapeutic target.  T, Chinese name: testosterone. Characteristics: 95% testicular interstitial cells secretion, 5% adrenal cortex, testosterone decreases after 40 years of age. Normal values: TrFIA: 8.7-33nmo/L , CLIA: 9.4-37nmol/L, ECLIA: 9.9-27.8nmol/L in adults , 0.42-38.5nmol/L in children. significance: tumor, infertility, hypogonadism.
