What are the self-healing methods for tachycardia

Tachycardia is generally referred to as rapid heartbeat. Tachycardia caused by physiological factors can be self-cured after removing the trigger, while tachycardia caused by other factors cannot be self-cured. Physiologic factors that cause tachycardia include exercise, emotional stress, alcohol consumption, strong tea and coffee. Tachycardia can slowly return to normal after removing the triggers, such as resting for a period of time after exercise, controlling one’s emotions, stopping drinking alcohol, drinking strong tea or coffee, changing bad lifestyle, and resting more. However, tachycardia has a variety of causes, such as heredity, organic heart disease, severe biliary tract infection, acid-base poisoning, pesticide poisoning, and taking certain drugs. Tachycardia caused by these factors does not heal itself and requires timely treatment for the primary cause or existing symptoms to restore health. It is recommended that patients with tachycardia should not blindly wait for it to heal itself, but should go to a regular hospital in time.
