Does tulip hurt the liver or kidneys?

Tulip gold mainly enters the liver, heart and lung meridians, and is cold in nature, good at moving qi and relieving depression, relieving yellowness and gallbladder, cooling the blood and clearing the heart, activating blood circulation and relieving pain.
