Sperm is an important part of the routine semen examination. Sperm is mainly examined under a microscope, firstly to determine the presence of sperm; to see the sperm motility examination; to observe the motility of sperm; to observe the morphology of sperm; to observe the number of sperm and to perform sperm count calculation.
