3. Ginseng Spleen Pill: composed of ginseng, atractylodes macrocephala, poria, astragalus and other medicines, it can benefit the qi, tonify the blood, strengthen the spleen and nourish the heart, and is used for palpitation, insomnia and forgetfulness resulting from deficiency of heart and spleen, qi and blood, and other symptoms.
