Hormone levels are critical before a woman undergoes an IVF transfer, and the levels of three hormones, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, and estradiol, are mainly observed. Luteinizing hormone needs to be maintained between 5-25miu/ml; follicle stimulating hormone needs to be maintained between 10-30miu/ml; and estradiol needs to be maintained between 100-1840pom/L. Hormone levels should not be too high or too low prior to transplantation, to prevent lowering of the success rate of IVF transplantation. Not only the hormone level affects the transplantation, but also the woman’s living condition and nutrition will also affect the probability of success of the procedure. It is recommended that women pay attention to rest before the transplantation, maintain sufficient sleep, and supplement more nutrients in their diets to achieve balanced nutrition. At the same time, women are advised to exercise and strengthen their body so as to optimize their physical condition before the transplantation.
