Trying to conceive a few days to have intercourse

You can arrange intercourse every 2-3 days after your period clears to achieve the highest probability of conception. Conception occurs when the follicle is mature and within 6 hours after ovulation. If the mature follicle is not fertilized for more than 6 hours, the chance of conception is lost. Sperm are more viable than follicles and can survive in the female fallopian tube for 2-3 days. Therefore, in order to have sperm within 6 hours of follicle discharge, it is usually chosen to have sperm waiting for the follicle in the fallopian tube. Considering that sperm can survive for 2-3 days, while female ovulation can be advanced or pushed back daily due to environmental and endocrine factors, it is recommended to have intercourse every 2-3 days to ensure that there is a surviving sperm waiting in the female fallopian tube every day. Sperm storage time should not be less than 2 days or more than 7 days. Having sex too often or too little may affect the quality of sperm, which is not conducive to conception. In addition, the time of ovulation can also be accurately monitored by urine ovulation test paper or by using ultrasound to monitor follicle development to clarify the time of ovulation.
