The clinical symptoms of insomnia are complex and varied. In addition to insomnia at night, long-term insomnia patients can often be accompanied by many uncomfortable symptoms, such as dizziness, fatigue, headache, dry mouth, bitterness, tinnitus, palpitation, shortness of breath, lack of food and drink, belching and acidity, hot sweating, impatience and irritability, fear and trepidation, chest and fullness, constipation or diarrhea, lumbago, frequent urination at night, forgetfulness, lack of concentration, dark eyes, cheek discoloration, menstrual disorders, loss of libido and other multi-organ dysfunction phenomena, and in some cases, even negative and anorexic feelings.
