What should I do if my qi and blood are out of balance?

Imbalance of qi and blood can be regulated with Chinese medicines, such as Blood Palace and Blood Stasis Tang, Ten Complete Pills, Angelica Sinensis Blood Replenishing Tang and so on.
Imbalance of qi and blood can be seen in symptoms such as mental depression, tiredness and fatigue, or pain like needles and knives, pain in a fixed place, and refusal to be pressed.
1. Hematopoietic Blood Stasis Tang is used for treating blood stasis in the chest. Symptoms such as chest pain, headache, long lasting pain, pain like pins and needles, or hiccups (hiccups) for a long time, or choking on drinking water, dry vomiting, or palpitations and anxiety (heartbeat, panic), insomnia, dreaminess, impatience and irritability. Contraindicated for pregnant women.
2. Ten Complete Pills, composed of Codonopsis, Fried Atractylodes Macrocephalae, Poria, Roasted Licorice, Angelica Sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, White Peony in Wine, and so on. It is used for the symptoms of pallor, shortness of breath, palpitation, dizziness and spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime, aggravated by sweating with a little movement) caused by deficiency of qi and blood, fatigue, lack of warmth in the limbs, and heavy menstruation. It should not be taken by patients with cold and fever.
3. Angelica Blood Replenishing Soup has the effect of replenishing qi and generating blood. It is used for treating blood deficiency and Yang floating fever (fever caused by upward floating of Spleen and Kidney Yang). Symptoms include heat in the muscles, redness in the face, thirst and desire to drink, large and weak pulse, and weakness in heavy pressure. Not to be used in cases of Yin deficiency fever.
