Headache with eye pain requires consideration of the following conditions: 1. migraine, frontal and temporal migraine sometimes accompanied by eye pain, dominated by distension and pain, related to vasodilation and increased intracranial pressure during headache. 2. cluster headache, more common in men, with a fixed attack time and headache appearing in bunches, accompanied by obvious congestion, edema and pain in the eyes. 3. Non-specific inflammation of intracranial venous sinuses can cause painful ocular muscle paralysis. Patients with headache and eye pain along with actinic nerve palsy have dilated pupils, ptosis, and limited eye movement. 4. Glaucoma, especially acute closed-angle glaucoma can cause increased intraocular pressure, which can lead to significant eye pain, risk of blindness, and secondary headache. 5. Frontal inflammation, such as frontal sinusitis Fever accompanied by headache and eye pain can occur when the surrounding tissues are involved.
