How to wean

If a child is weaned, there are generally several ways: 1. gradually reduce the number of nursing sessions, for example, from 4 times a day, gradually reduce 3 times, 2 times, 1 time, and finally stop all together. 2. to be able to replace the milk with corresponding supplements or water, give the child additional supplements or increase water when he wants to eat milk, this time slowly reduce the dependence on milk. These two ways may occur repeatedly and more frequently, because some parents are not able to insist on thoroughness, or the frequent crying of the child causes parents to give up weaning. Therefore, the most thorough way is to wean the child at once, or have someone else feed and sleep the child.
