Capretin and cetirizine hydrochloride cannot be taken together. Capretin, also known as loratadine, and cetirizine hydrochloride both belong to the third generation of antihistamines, which are commonly known as anti-allergy drugs. They are mainly used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing and itchy eyes caused by allergic rhinitis, and can also be used to treat skin allergic diseases such as hives, atopic dermatitis, eczema and itchy skin. Concurrent use of other drugs with central depressant effects is not recommended during the use of this class of drugs. It is also recommended to use it at night before going to bed to reduce the adverse effects such as dizziness, weakness and drowsiness that the drug may cause.
