How B-cell lymphoma is treated



B lymphoma usually refers to B-cell lymphoma, which is a malignant tumor belonging to the lymphatic system. At present, radiotherapy, chemotherapy combined with targeted therapy and other comprehensive treatment means are mostly applied.

1. Radiotherapy is generally used for larger lymphoma lesions, such as primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma, which can rapidly reduce the tumor on the one hand, and improve the clinical symptoms of patients on the other hand.

2. Chemotherapy combined with targeting is only applicable to some B-cell lymphomas, such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, for CD20-positive patients can be combined with targeting drugs (rituximab), commonly used R-CHOP regimen (R rituximab, C cyclophosphamide, H adriamycin, O vincristine, P prednisone).
