Breastfed babies do have confusion about how they can wean. Weaning is quite a headache for parents, and there are many folk methods of weaning, such as smearing pepper on the nipples, smearing potions, etc. These methods are not very scientific. For example, if you are breastfeeding 6-7 times a day, you can reduce the number of breastfeeding sessions once, and then again after 3-4 days, depending on your baby’s reaction, you can gradually reduce the number of breastfeeding sessions, so that your baby can adapt to a less breastfeeding lifestyle and finally wean off breast milk. Note that during the weaning period, as the number of breastfeeding decreases, your baby’s nutrition may not be able to keep up, so you should gradually replace it with formula milk.
