Are you ovulating?

The secretion pulling is not necessarily ovulation, white transparent sticky pulling is common before and after ovulation, usually is a normal physiological phenomenon, and the body of estrogen and progesterone changes related. However, there may be other reasons, such as unruptured follicle luteinization syndrome, in which case there will also be discharge. A woman’s discharge is considered normal leukorrhea if it is white and thin and pasty or egg-white with no fishy odor. The vast majority of the discharge is made up of secretions from the cervical glands, which change cyclically in response to changes in the estrogen and progesterone secreted by the ovaries. At the time just after menstruation, the estrogen level in the body is low and the amount of mucus secreted by the cervical glands at this time is relatively small. As estrogen levels continue to rise until ovulation, the amount of mucus secreted by the cervical glands increases, and the mucus is thin, clear, and highly drawn, up to 10 cm or more. Patients with unruptured follicle luteinization syndrome have no follicles to rupture and the eggs are not ovulated. In such patients, there is spontaneous atrophy of the dominant follicle, which in turn leads to corresponding changes in hormone levels in the body similar to those that occur after ovulation. Therefore, to determine whether you are ovulating, you should go to a specialized hospital and have the appropriate tests done under the supervision of a doctor.
