How to measure basal body temperature on the day of ovulation

Simply measuring the temperature on the day of ovulation is meaningless, it is recommended to do basal body temperature monitoring, basal body temperature monitoring is to wake up in the morning without talking, no activity, put the thermometer under the armpit measurement for 5 minutes, and then read the temperature on the thermometer on a piece of paper, and continue to measure it until the next menstruation, based on the change of the basal body temperature can be understood whether there is ovulation or not. The basal body temperature is measured from the first day of your menstrual period until your next menstrual period. If the basal body temperature is relatively low during the first half of the menstrual period, but increases during the second half of the menstrual period to around 37℃ and stays high for more than 12 days, it means that there is ovulation. In most cases, there is a day in the middle of menstruation when the basal body temperature drops to its lowest level, which is basically the day of ovulation.
