Parapenal glandular hyperplasia does not require treatment. Parafascicular hyperplasia is a type of papule, also called a pearly rash, next to the penile fascia. It is normal and usually does not require treatment. Paraganglionic hyperplasia occurs only on the skin next to the penile girdle and is often symmetrical, occasionally unilateral. Clinically, it is mostly asymptomatic, with occasional itchiness. It is not dysfunctional or dangerous, does not jeopardize the patient’s health, is not contagious and does not require treatment. If you want to eliminate the hyperplasia, you can go to the hospital to remove it by laser or cryotherapy, but it will leave a scar. After removal the wound should be kept ventilated, if the wound area is moist the wound will not heal easily.
