The standard of weight and height

Weight and height are the most basic values of the human body, and there is an index called BMI, which is an internationally accepted index for measuring human body standards. The result obtained by dividing the weight (in kilograms) by the square of the body height (in meters) should be between 18.5 and 24 as a normal index in Asian standards. If the result obtained is lower than 18.5, it is considered underweight, between 18.5 and 24 is normal, and greater than 24 is in the category of overweight. If the result obtained is more than 30, special attention needs to be paid to the possibility of disease. There are also Japanese scientists, Asian height and weight standards also have a more specific algorithm, that is, their own weight = (height CM – 100) * 0.9, if their own weight in the vicinity of this value, it is a more standard figure, do not need to lose weight or gain weight.
