What causes men to be afraid of the cold



Fear of coldness in men can be considered to be caused by qi deficiency, yang deficiency, or external wind and cold, but the specific cause should be decided in conjunction with the patient’s other symptoms.

If the fear of cold caused by qi deficiency, often accompanied by shortness of breath, reluctance to talk, fatigue, dizziness, self-sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, a little sweat aggravated by the movement), activities such as the above symptoms worsened.

If the cold is caused by Yang deficiency, it is often accompanied by pale or grayish-black color, low temperature of hands and feet, mental fatigue, swelling and other symptoms.

Fear of cold caused by wind-cold is often accompanied by fever, runny nose, fear of wind and other symptoms.
