What is the parapsoriasis rash

Parapsoriasis is a group of chronic and persistent scaly inflammatory skin diseases whose etiology is still unclear, and the rash can mainly manifest as macular rash or papular eruption, scaly erythema, patchy plaques, and flat cornified papules.
1. maculopapular rash or herpes papules. Commonly seen in acne-like psoriasis, the skin damage manifestation of the form of multi-type, can appear light red or brownish-red patchy rash, papules, papules, the size of which can range from the tip of a needle to a pea; localized necrosis of the lesions can form ulcers, the surface of the scales or scabs; most of these lesions are found on the trunk, limbs, buttocks and so on.
2. Scaly erythema. Commonly seen in pitting-type psoriasis, the lesions are scaly erythema and macules with the size of a needle tip to a pea, and there is no punctate hemorrhage after scraping off the scales on the surface, and it is bright brown pigmentation; the lesions usually appear in batches, and are commonly seen on the limbs, sides of the trunk, and the neck.
3. Patchy plaque. Mostly seen in small plaque-type psoriasis, mainly manifested as reddish or yellowish plaques, plaques, the surface is covered with a thin layer of scales in the shape of “cigarette paper”, with a diameter of about 1~5cm, often occurring on the trunk and limbs.
It can also be seen in large plaque psoriasis, which is characterized by oval or irregular plaques and plaques of different sizes, and the lesions can be manifested as obvious epidermal atrophy and mottled hyperpigmentation.
4. Flat milia. Commonly seen in moss-like psoriasis, manifested as red or brownish-red macules, flat papules, covered with a network of scales, often occurring on both sides of the neck, the proximal limbs and trunk and other parts of the body.
