How to improve squinting

Squinting needs to be treated according to the specific cause, such as myopia, ptosis, puffy eyes, etc. After clear diagnosis, glasses, laser treatment and surgery are taken. 1. Nearsightedness: Nearsightedness can lead to blurred vision and decreased visual acuity, and thus the phenomenon of squinting. Patients need to wear appropriate glasses according to their myopia level and condition to improve their vision, thus improving the squinting phenomenon; if conditions permit, patients can also choose laser surgery to correct their vision. 2. Ptosis: Ptosis can lead to a lack of muscle strength in the upper eyelid, resulting in squinting. Patients can undergo upper eyelid lift surgery to fix the upper eyelid in the proper position to improve squinting. 3. Puffy Eyes: Puffy eyes are mainly caused by excess fat in the upper eyelid, resulting in squinting. Patients can opt for double eyelid surgery to remove the excess fat and skin to improve squinting. The causes of squinting are different, and so are the treatments. After the symptoms appear, patients are advised to go to the hospital in time to improve the examination, make a clear diagnosis, and give standardized treatments, rather than treating the symptoms in an arbitrary manner, so as not to lead to undesirable consequences.
