Knowledge and care for patients with achalasia

Achalasia is pain on the heel surface (i.e., the heel) caused by a variety of chronic disorders, which are closely related to strain and degeneration. A. Common causes are: 1. heel fibrofatty pad inflammation. 2, fasciitis. 3, heel bone spur. The clinical manifestations are mainly pain, swelling and pressure on the heel surface, which is aggravated by walking. The disease occurs mostly in obese people after middle age, with a high incidence in males and a simultaneous onset on one or both sides. Most of the patients have chronic onset, and some of them have rheumatoid or rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis at the same time. The disease is mainly treated with non-surgical therapy, which has a better outcome. If non-surgical treatment is ineffective, surgical treatment is required. Second, treatment principles 1, reduce local compression: sponge heel pad, orthopedic shoes, plaster external fixation. 2.Local physical therapy or hot compress. 3.Pain point injection: 1-3ml of 1%-2% lidocaine plus 20mg of tretinoin or 0.5ml of compound betamethasone, once every 1-2 weeks, 1-3 times as a course of treatment. 4.External application of herbs that activate blood circulation and promote circulation. 5.Anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving drug application. 6.If non-surgical treatment is ineffective, surgical treatment is feasible: such as bone spur removal, tendon membrane attachment release or posterior tibial nerve heel branch severance. Caution A considerable part of this disease is caused by overexertion, weight gain, shoe discomfort and other reasons. Therefore, this disease can be prevented. The key to prevention is to avoid overexertion and exposure to cold, to control weight properly and to choose appropriate shoes. People with significant weight gain, steeply increase the weight of the foot, very easy to induce the disease. Those who need to walk long distances or stand for a long time should first do a good job of preparing their feet for activities, select suitable shoes, and soak their feet in warm water afterwards, which can often reject the disease or significantly reduce the pain. The heel spur is not a characteristic of the disease, and those with spurs may be asymptomatic, and those with symptoms may be spurless. However, the spur may cause pain diagonally downward. The disease can be cured mostly by non-surgical treatment, and surgery can be considered for those who are not effective.
