Can you use gangliosides for Tourette’s syndrome?

Ganglioside is mostly used for the treatment of central nervous injury caused by vascular or traumatic factors, and can also be used for the treatment of Parkinson’s. It is not suitable for Tourette’s syndrome. However, it is not suitable for use in Tourette’s syndrome.
