Patients with palpitations accompanied by nausea may be caused by the following factors: 1. Cardiogenic factors, such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, unstable angina, arrhythmia, acute myocarditis, pericarditis, and heart valve disease, may cause arrhythmia, palpitations, chest tightness, accompanied by nausea and regurgitation. 2. The symptoms of palpitations, nausea and vomiting may occur in patients with diabetes mellitus who have hypoglycemia.
