Cerebral aneurysm is the second largest cause of intracranial hemorrhage after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and its high-risk group can be statistically illustrated from several aspects, as follows: 1, age: it occurs in the age group of 40-60 years old; 2, gender: the incidence rate of women is much higher than that of men; 3, family history: people with family history of disease, such as the mother’s disease, their daughters or then later generations are more susceptible to get the disease; 4, past history: if the patient has a history of hepatic cysts, renal cysts, especially the patients with polycystic cysts, the incidence of intracranial aneurysms is much higher than that of the patients who have not had such diseases.
