Breast cancer does not necessarily live for a long time after excision, the survival rate of patients is more related to the stage of the tumor, when the stage is late, the survival time may be shorter, and at the same time, different tumor types, different molecular typing, and differences in the physical condition of the patients will all affect the prognosis and survival rate of patients. The main treatment for breast cancer after diagnosis is surgical resection, which is often supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. After surgery, the specific prognosis has a greater relationship with the stage, such as after active treatment, the earlier the stage, the better the prognosis, such as early stage can often obtain more than 95% of the five-year survival rate; the middle and late stage is about 30% to 70%. At the same time, different tumor types, different molecular typing, patient’s immunity and physical status will all affect the survival rate of patients, not that breast cancer must not live long. It is recommended that postoperative breast cancer patients should follow the doctor’s instructions and have regular checkups in regular hospitals, i.e., every 3 months for 1~3 years, every 6 months for 3~5 years, and every year thereafter, in order to effectively reduce the recurrence and prolong the survival time of patients.
